WELCOME TO BUCHANAN MEMORIAL HALL
The Hall is now open and looks forward to seeing the community and local clubs and organizations in the Hall once again. Everyone stay safe!
THE hall has been an active part of the local community and Buchanan Parish since 1925 and has been proud to provide residents and families support for social events.
Originally built as a war memorial for World War I soldiers from the local area, events of all types take place at the hall – ceilidhs, parties and weddings, and the hall serves as a meeting place for local clubs and organizations.
July 2022 – It is with great sadness that the Hall has learned of the passing of Chrissie Bannerman. Chrissie was a long standing member of the Hall Management Committee who contributed greatly to the Hall over time. She will be sadly missed.
