A high intensity interval workout

A short sharp blast of a class with tunes to motivate. HIIT works on exercises being performed for a certain time, followed by a short rest – such as 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest.  Low and high options for each exercises and all exercises can be adapted to suit your ability.
